Overview
The Man Overboard (MOB) module provides immediate detection, activation, and coordination of emergency response when a personnel overboard event occurs. It integrates real-time personnel tracking, alarm management, and accountability tools to support fast, structured response in critical marine and offshore environments.
Operational Control and Awareness
The system supports automatic MOB triggering, enabling rapid activation when an overboard event is detected. Once initiated, the system immediately classifies the event as a critical emergency and begins coordinated response procedures.
The system automatically identifies the missing or involved individual using live Personnel On Board (POB) and tracking data. This ensures responders have immediate clarity on who is affected and enables accurate emergency coordination.
A centralised incident interface provides operators with a clear, real-time overview of the situation. This includes personnel status, system alerts, and response progress to support informed decision-making.
Rapid POB validation and headcount checks confirm that all remaining personnel are accounted for. This helps eliminate uncertainty and supports faster escalation or de-escalation decisions during the incident.
